NOTICE TO PURCHASERS / DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing and/or using any item manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of Green Leos LLC, including but not limited to “The Rocket,” the purchaser and/or user agrees to use such product only in the prescribed manner and for the purposes for which such product is expressly intended (namely: the cleaning of paint roller covers in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions).

In no event, regardless of cause, shall Green Leos LLC be liable for any lost profits, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind, whether arising under breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Green Leos LLC specifically disclaims liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind whatsoever suffered by any person as a result of the misuse of “The Rocket” or any other item manufactured, sold or distributed by or on behalf of Green Leos LLC.
